Such thoughts can be complex, scary and be causing you confusion. You do not have to grapple alone with these pressures. If you feel that you are in a crisis are unable to cope an stay safe and cannot wait until you can be seen by a GP, you can call a local NHS mental health helpline for 24-hour advice and support.
You can call for yourself, your child, your parent or someone you care-for. If someone's life is at risk, or they cannot be kept safe, call 999 or go to A & E. Listed below are a wide range of organisations that can help with mental health.

The Mental Health Crisis Intervention Team is for adults aged 18 to 64. It is an urgent care service for people living in Hull and the East Rising of Yorkshire who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis.
